Hi, I’m Irina Mrozinski — Founder of HappierMe.Today

Happiness isn’t a destination. It’s something we create—moment by moment, choice by choice, habit by habit.

In 2010, I experienced a shift that changed how I view life. I stopped waiting for a perfect someday and began asking different questions:
Am I alive or just living a life? What am I doing with the time I have—today? 

Those questions eventually became the heart of HappierMe.Today, and the foundation of the 1% Happiness Method™: a gentle, science-backed approach to building emotional well-being through small, intentional habits.

As a facilitator for sustainable happiness, I guide others not just to feel better—but to build lasting emotional strength through conscious routines, values-aligned leadership, and generational connection.

I Lead by Living It

As a mother, minimalist, and lifelong learner, I’ve learned that time is our most valuable currency—not status, not success. While I can’t control my child’s sleep or the chaos in the world, I can control how I show up for myself and those I love.

Every morning, I dedicate at least 1% of my day—just 14 minutes—to micro happiness habits:

  • I walk outside before sunrise

  • I reflect and journal using prompts from the 1% Happier Me Today Workbook

  • I read a few nourishing pages

These practices don’t make me “better” in a productivity sense—they make me happier, more present, and more grounded.
Often, I extend this time to 5% of my day, before I start preparing and sharing a healthy breakfast with my toddler and my husband.
No phones. No rush. Just presence.
This, to me, is happiness in motion—and it’s where 1% Happier Together and 1% Happier and Healthier naturally come to life.

Pawel, my husband and co-creator, has been an integral part of shaping this project from the start. Together, we’re building this platform the same way we build our family life—through presence, shared values, and intentional choices, one day at a time.

With a background in marketing, sales, and long-term strategy, Pawel brings structure and vision to the creative flow. He’s also the co-creator of the Triple R Formula™, and a key contributor to the 1% Happier & Healthier philosophy, where mindful lifestyle habits and emotional resilience meet.

As a proud multipotentialite, Pawel thrives in diverse areas of creativity and systems-thinking—an energy that will shape many of the projects we’re excited to launch in the future.

While his role isn’t always visible, his influence is felt in the strategy, product development, and spirit behind HappierMe.Today.
