Hi, I’m Irina Mrozinski – Founder of HappierMe.Today

In 2010, I experienced a shift that changed the way I understand happiness—not as a distant goal, but as a daily practice. That moment became the seed for HappierMe.Today, a platform I now co-create with my husband, Pawel. Together, we’ve explored personal growth, emotional resilience, and conscious living—building a life of intention from the inside out.

As a mother, minimalist, and lifelong learner, I live what I teach—crafting tools and frameworks that empower people to reconnect with what matters, one mindful step at a time.

What I Do

I’m the creator of the 1% Happiness Method™ and RRRROAR™, two signature frameworks designed to help individuals build emotional clarity, sustainable joy, and authentic resourcefulness—in just 14 minutes a day.

Together with Pawel, I developed the Triple R Formula™ (Reflect, Reset, Reframe)—a breakthrough tool designed to help individuals recover from burnout, prevent emotional overload, and return to clarity and calm. Originally born from our shared experiences navigating high-stress seasons, it’s now a foundational practice within the HappierMe.Today platform—supporting leaders, caregivers, and individuals facing complex decisions or emotional fatigue.

Through writing, coaching, and speaking, I share emotional growth tools that help:

  • Today’s leaders reconnect with their well-being and clarity

  • Parents and caregivers emotionally connect with Gen Alpha

  • Individuals cultivate confidence, emotional intelligence, and joy—one step at a time

We’re currently developing a new project that brings together our shared passion for mood-supportive nutrition and emotional longevity—showing how the food we eat and the choices we make nourish both body and emotional well-being.

My Background

My work is grounded in over 15 years of personal study and lived experience across:
